The downloads always come in filename.zip.html format - at least under FF, and I always have to change the extension. Is there any way for you to give them the correct .zip extension=

@Simone

I just downloaded the low-res version via FF and i did not get the .html on the end. You may wan to check your download settings.

Have you tried in IE?

Works in IE and in FF without any extensions, but just because they are smart enough to infer the content of the response. It fails with DownThemAll - a FF extensions. You need to set the response content type to application/zip.
