Action of T is not a .NET 3.5 feature - it's a .NET 2.0 class.

So you are correct.  Not sure why I thought they were both 3.5.  Only Func<T> is a 3.5 feature

Probably because Action, Action<T,U>, Action<T,U,V>, and Action<T,U,V,W>, and all Func<...> are .NET 3.5
